At Habanero, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe, and inexpensive manner. We deliver within India.

Free shipping on all orders on or above Rs. 499/-! Habanero.in is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

How long does shipping take?
Standard Delivery – Orders are dispatched within the next working day of placing your order. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a damaged condition, please call our customer care at 9606787505 email us at care@habanero.in mentioning your Order ID. Please make sure that the original product label and packing are intact when you return the product to us. Post the call back from our team we will take the needful procedures to the benefit of the customer at that time.

Do I have to pay for shipping? 
Orders above 499/- Customers don't have to pay anything, the shipping charges are completely free. For orders below 499/- there is a shipping charge of 40/- Rs per order.

Processing Your Order

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 5 business days to ship goods out of our warehouses across India. However if the quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per product per style, or if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email

Return Policy:

At Habanero, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. However, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Notify us within 2 days after delivery and provide the order number and images via email.

    2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at care@habanero.in with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges, at no extra cost.

    3. Process for Returns

  • To initiate a return, please email us at care@habanero.in with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number.

    4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will only be processed after we receive the order number and clear images of the bottle with the label clearly visible in mail.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

    5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable.
  • Products purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are not eligible for return or refund.

    6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
