Yummy Pasta using sauce and salsa
Method:
- Blanch pasta with salt water, spray oil to it so it does not stick
- Heat oil /butter in a non stick pan,saute garlic and onion until cooked
- Then add Habanero tomato salsa, blanched vegetables and green peas
- Toss blanched pasta to it
- Finish with a dash of hot sauce and garnish with parmesan cheese
Key Ingredients
- Pasta (Any kind) – 150 gm
- Oil/Butter – 30 ml
- Chopped garlic – 5 cloves
- Chopped onion – 1-2
- Habanero Tomato Salsa – 150 gm
- Blanched Vegetable – 30 gm
- Green peas- 10 gm
- Parmesan cheese – 10 gm
- Habanero hot sauce
