Habanero is the creation of husband-and-wife team Griffith David, a native of India, and Elizabeth Bowden-David, a native of the US. Together they spent years in the American southwest, soaking up the region’s cheerful culture and the flavors of Mexican border cuisine. Bangalore residents since 2005, they pioneered the concept of Tex Mex restaurant, in Bangalore, with Habanero Restaurants. At Habanero, we feature all three: classic Mexican foods, Tex-Mex creations, and Texas-influenced American items. The brand, since then has extended its operations to domains like QSR with Burrito Boys – the fun destination for Mexican inspired dishes. They also recently ventured into retail with Habanero products. Also catering to institutional sales, they have an array of products – Salsas, sauces, tortillas and seasonings.
